Just 10 mins drive to the market town of Lamballe which consists of local history, the famous Haras National Stud Farm, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and many more.
The owners Robin and Dawn Holt moved here 6 years ago with their 2 children. Back in England Robin owned his own pub/restaurant and Dawn was a waitress and a beauty therapist. Dawn also provides beauty treatments here and pamper days - what a perfect way to start your holiday! Location & nearby Attractions: The property is just 5 minutes from the local village which has its own boulangerie, bar and horseriding centre. It's around 10 minutes to the large market town of Lamballe where you'll find a great deal of local history, the famous Haras national stud farm (guided tours and/or a horse and carriage trip around the town), restaurants, supermarkets, banks and much more. Thursday is market day when you can purchase local produce as well as enjoying live music,in the evening in the market square. In the local area you will also find zoos, karting, boat trips, aquariums, paintballing and much more. 20 minutes away you can find unspoilt beautiful beaches including Erquy, Pleneuf Val-Andre, Sable d 'Or and many more. The gites are also within 20 minutes drive of an 18 hole golf course overlooking the sea. Further afield: 30 minutes to the medieval town Dinan; 45 minutes to Dinard and 45 minutes to 1 hour from St Malo (ideal for ferries direct to/from the UK). Accommodation offers: The properties are suitable for everyone from couples to multiple families - the farmhouse and the gite can be opened up into one big property upon request which would accommodate up to 12 people. We like everyone to have fun and unwind. We are open all year round. Enquire about our Christmas package and long lets. Towel hire, evening meal and beauty treatments are available upon request. The Gite (sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms): All on ground level & suitable for people of limited mobility. Living/dining and kitchen area with all mod cons. Bathroom with shower attachment. Separate toilet. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Toys and games for everyone. English TV and DVD player. The Barn Conversion (sleeps 5/7 in 3 bedrooms): Downstairs - large living/dining and kitchen area with all mod cons. Spacious bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.1 double bedroom. Upstairs - 1 large double bedroom and another bedroom with 3 single beds. Mezzanine area with lots of toys etc for everyone. English TV and DVD player. Outside: Large spacious gardens with above ground shared swimming pool (not heated). All properties have their own barbecues and own tables and chairs.
