Our
Favourite Resorts - Les Gets... part of the
Portes du Soleil domaine & great for kids. The transfer is short (1hr)
from Geneva which is good after an early start.

Our likes/dislikes:
The village is
small and traditional, with off-piste activities such as ice skating and
swimming. The little snow train which runs around the village (free to
all) is good fun and a real bonus for younger kids.

Where to stay...There is a huge choice of
accommodation in Les Gets, ranging from a 3 star campsite (!) to 3 star
hotels. As we haven't stayed in Les Gets ourselves we can't
recommend any particular location. One place you might like to
consider is
The Chalet Experience - we are told it is an excellent set up for families
wanting child care in Les Gets. Or you could try
Ski Alpine Charms.
